Aashni Kumar unveils The Penthouse Project 2.0, a 740 sq. ft. recreational space on Pune's 20th-floor skyscraper. Drawing inspiration from Irish Pubs, the design blends vintage charm with modern minimalism. The penthouse boasts panoramic views of the city, the Mula-Mutha River, and distant hillocks. Aashni Kumar retains classic harlequin floors, incorporating materials like Dholpur bricks, washed concrete, brass, and teak for a den-like ambiance. The centerpiece is a massive teak bar, surrounded by dynamic brick patterns. The space adapts to intimate gatherings with a terrace lounge and flexible furniture arrangements.
