• Client brief Located in New Delhi, Palm Avenue is an 8000 sq. ft home designed to grow and adapt alongside the three-generational family that inhabits it. The design aims to provide a setting for the family to live in their own diverse ways but be unified in spirit. The home features a timber façade with clean, modern lines. The scheme prioritises natural light and air, an open floor plan and luxurious spaces synonymous with the disposition of the residents. The interior spaces are ordered with reconfigurable partitions that allow for flexible arrangements in the future.
