Corallite in Mumbai, India by Sanjay Puri Architects

This series of lights and furniture is inspired by the organic forms and textures of the coral reef. The uplighters and suspended lights, in addition to providing light in a single direction, light up throughout, glowing with an effervescence and taking on a sculptural form.

The organic forms and textures of the coral reef inspire this series of lights and furniture. The uplighters and suspended lights, in addition to providing light in a single direction, light up throughout, glowing with an effervescence and taking on a sculptural form.

The entire surface emits light through its pores, emanating a soft glow that highlights the textural quality of the material - the foam concrete (FEFS Board).

The centre and side tables that form part of this collection also light up similarly, with diffused light permeating through the surface.

Corallite is made of 80% recycled material, with almost no water or electricity used in its production, creating a nearly zero carbon footprint that renders the collection sustainable and extremely eco-friendly.
