Cogir Real Estate, Cominar, and Divco are jointly inaugurating the first building of Mostra Centropolis, Phase A (193 rental units), which is 80% leased, along with Phase B, featuring 170 units currently available for leasing. Given the success of Phases A and B, a third phase consisting of 187 units has been announced. Thus, a vibrant new neighbourhood with 550 turnkey apartments connected to Centropolis is taking shape. The delivery of these phases is scheduled as follows: Building A is now open, Building B will open in January 2025, and Building C is slated for June 2026.
