Zilio A&C’s output is held together by the underlying theme of innovation and functionality, brought together in a Japanese-Scandinavian aesthetic.

These 100% Made in Italy collections have showcased a host of internationally acclaimed designers in recent years, from the Japanese Studio, Mentsen, currently the art director of the Northeast Italian brand, to the Swiss Simon Kampfer, based in London. Also from Japan are the shrewd and elegant solutions of Tomoko Azumi and t.n.a. studio, flanking the essential design of Germany's Peter Otto Vosding, and Spain's David Dolcini.

LEEK, Studio Mentsen

Studio Mentsen’s clothes hanger, Leek, combines function, style, production, and respect for the environment in perfect harmony: three identical ash elements, combined by two seemingly simple connectors, shape an elegant, versatile, and timeless product. Each element, steam-curved and machined into variable sections, ensures stability and strength without sacrificing its sleek, minimal, and contemporary lines. The compact packaging and intuitive assembly, together with the FSC-certified wood species used in Zilio A&C production, allow for a reduction in environmental impact - a nature-friendly choice, to be sure!

DOVE, Tomoko Azumi

Traditional Japanese washi art meets Scandinavian materials and palettes in Dove by Tomoko Azumi. A paper basket is transformed into pure poetry, with a thin sheet of natural ash wood wrapped around a steel element for stability and strength. Super compact packaging, certified materials, and genuine colours complete the experience.

RENE, Tomoko Azumi

The bike rack, Rene, by Tomoko Azumi picks up on the trend of sustainable, two-wheeled mobility: an intelligent piece of furniture that combines style and function in a solution that accommodates a bike, helmet, and jacket in the home - transforming them into an installation. Rene?'s steam-curved wooden frame is complemented by a removable metal hook and a fabric band available in four colours.

JUNE and FRANK, Simon Kampfer

June and Frank, by Simon Kampfer, are two products that play with a minimal ash element, natural or painted. In June, three modules distance the mirror from the wall, leaving space for a practical shelf and a convenient multi-purpose hook at the bottom. The refined and lightweight Frank clothes hanger ensures sturdiness and elegance and fits into any corner of the home.

WOODSTOCK, David Dolcini

Playful and practical, the Woodstock coat racks, designed by Spaniard, David Dolcini, are especially charming for their versatility. The stripped-down, simple geometry insists on echoing the archetypal wall hanging, becoming almost a "button" to play with in the almost infinite combination of elements.
