Client brief
A prominent resort club located in the South City Township. The Unitech Patio Club, has a well-equipped health club, restaurant, bar, banquet hall and guest suites, party lawns, a large swimming pool and indoor and outdoor sports facilities. It is an oasis of quietude in the fast-paced urban setting of Gurugram. Nestled between a cover of thick green foliage and surrounded by high-rise residential complexes, the club offers a place of solitude within the city. The design approach involved the architects creating an ensemble of spaces, using an intricate understanding of volumes and planning a seamless transition in between.
