• Client brief Aerocity in Delhi is a unique project redefining the urban experience of the city. Establishing itself as a gateway to visitors who arrive by air, both international and domestic, the development is the first and last impression of the city and the country. In terms of scale, it is the largest planned development that Delhi has witnessed since the establishment of the capital city by the British in 1911. The Architects took this unique opportunity of not just creating a Master Plan for the hospitality district but for the entire conceivable mixed-use development of 250 acres.
