The Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) is a global architectural and interior design award that has celebrated exceptional talent, innovation, and design excellence since 2016. Now in its seventh year, the AMP is once again inviting architects and designers from around the world, both professionals and students, to submit their best works to the Architecture MasterPrize 2022.
This year, the competition is divided into 49 categories in total, ranging from architecture, interior, landscape, and product design to architecture photography. The AMP also welcomes visionary architectural firms worldwide to showcase their areas of expertise in this year's competition.
Winner selection process
The AMP is rapidly becoming one of the most respected architectural and design awards in the industry. Maintaining integrity and fairness is imperative throughout the competition: there are multiple stages to the judging process and all designs are evaluated explicitly on their own merit, regardless of the size of the company or project. Each year, notable architects and designers from across the globe take part in various AMP award programs, putting their trust in the AMP's esteemed jury panel of industry experts and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
Winners have their work published in the AMP Book of Architecture, distributed globally, and will enjoy extensive publicity throughout the year. Winning projects receiving the ‘Design of the Year’ title will be awarded the 2022 MasterPrize trophy.
Winners Celebration at the Guggenheim Musem Bilbao
AMP winners will be offered to celebrate their success at the Winners Event presented in partnership with the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao in the fall of 2022.
Previous Winners include IBUKU, Zaha Hadid Architects, Vo Trong Nghia Architects, Tadao Ando Architect & Associates, and other globally celebrated visionaries.
The mission of the AMP is to advance the appreciation and exposure of quality architectural design globally. The AMP celebrates creativity and innovation in the fields of architecture, landscape, interior, architectural products and photography. Submissions are open to architects, designers, and photographers worldwide.
