Caspian Impact Investments is a Certified B Corporation investing in enterprises that address the problems of access and efficiency in business ecosystems to have a positive social or environmental impact.
For the design, we aligned our design intent to Caspian’s core values of social impact and simplicity. The plan was simple and straightforward- the office has a minimum number of closed spaces along the walls ensuring maximum natural light. It opens to a huge corridor, focusing towards a green balcony making the space more refreshing and vibrant. The use of local stone ‘Kadappa’ for flooring and wooden textures for the tabletops, completed the elegant look of the space.
