Eztablish Design Communication releases a documentary on Design in 2020; calls it CLARITY

Eztablish Design Communication has recently released a documentary that presents perspectives of leading architects and designers from around the world on how design will be redefined in the year 2020.

Eztablish Design Communication has recently released a documentary that presents perspectives of leading architects and designers from around the world on how design will be redefined in the year 2020.

The documentary which has been uploaded on Eztablish’s YouTube Channel has clocked over 17000 views (at the time of writing this article). Across platform, the documentary has been watched over 31,000 times.

In conversation with Design Dekko, Aziz of Eztablish said, “Clarity is a sincere attempt by Eztablish Design Communication to make sense of the current scenario and its impacts on design and the fraternity, and vice versa. The film includes excerpts of veterans from the design domain, their thoughts, ideas, and suggestions on tackling the situation with respect to spaces around us. It discusses design evolution in commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare sectors while touching upon social impacts such as digital interactions, scarcity of labour, sourcing products & materials, change in events, media houses, amidst other topics.”

In the description of the documentary uploaded on YouTube, Eztablish states, “The thought behind Clarity was to streamline the overwhelming surge of information regarding the current design scenario that has been floating around on social media and webinars for the last few months. We hope to have created a reference point for design professionals as well as general audience across the globe tackling with the sudden changes in lifestyle and working conditions. We may not know the outcome of this but unfortunately, we do know what such pandemics are here to stay and it would be wise to always be prepared.”

Asked if this is part of a series of documentaries, Aziz hinted that perhaps there would be another, however, he remained tight-lipped on the concept. Considering the success of Clarity, we are sure the next one too would be keenly watched. Watch this space for more details.
