• Client brief Step into Mumbai's Modern Coastal, a 1800 sq. ft. dwelling by designers Rohit Bhoite and Lina Kobeissi. Their creation merges comfort with elegance, epitomizing contemporary coastal aesthetics. The design highlights ocean views, combining serene neutrals with daring elements. The living and dining area features grey Italian marble, seamlessly integrating with ocean hues. The master suite offers luxury with ocean vistas, a marble bathroom, and a spacious closet. Luxurious materials, muted tones, and fluted wall paneling add sophistication. This haven celebrates both modernity and coastal charm, beautifully connecting luxury, nature, and captivating design by the sea.
